This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through https://haridasayurveda.com (“Website”), operated by Haridas Ayurveda LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).


1. Scope of Policy

Haridas Ayurveda LLP offers Ayurvedic wellness products intended for personal use. Due to the nature of these products and applicable health, hygiene, and regulatory considerations, returns and refunds are strictly governed by the conditions outlined below.


2. Return & Refund Eligibility

A return or refund request may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is physically damaged, leaked, or broken at the time of delivery
  • The product received is incorrect or not as per the confirmed order
  • The product is expired or nearing expiry at the time of delivery

No other reasons shall qualify for return or refund.


3. Mandatory Conditions

To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the product and outer packaging must be provided
  • The original invoice or order reference must be shared

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in rejection of the request.


4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details
  • Products purchased under promotional offers, discounts, or clearance sales
  • Refund requests based on personal dissatisfaction, perceived effectiveness, or expectations

5. Refund Processing

Upon verification and approval:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only
  • Refund processing timeline: 7–10 business days
  • Any shipping or handling charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable, unless the error is attributable to the Company

6. Replacement Policy

At the sole discretion of Haridas Ayurveda LLP, an exchange or replacement may be offered instead of a refund. Replacement timelines are subject to product availability and delivery location.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted
  • To request cancellation, customers must contact customer support immediately after placing the order

8. Ayurvedic & Wellness Disclaimer

Ayurvedic formulations are based on individual body constitution (Prakriti), lifestyle, and dietary habits. Results may vary from person to person. Haridas Ayurveda LLP does not guarantee specific outcomes, and refunds shall not be issued based on subjective expectations or individual experiences.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Haridas Ayurveda LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
